The application [Parallels Mount] included with Parallels Desktop for Mac allows you to browse data in the virtual machine without starting the virtual machine.
Display the pvm file in the Finder and right-click
Mounting a virtual disk directly on a Mac is very simple, starting with /Users//Documents/Parallels/
in the pvm file of the virtual machine in the Finder and right-click.
Click [Open in this application
Right-click on the pvm file in the Finder to open a menu, and click on "Open in this application.
Select and click [Parallels Mounter
A submenu will open, select "Parallels Mounter" and click on it.
Select [Parallels Mounter] and click on it, and a group of Windows folders will appear on the left side, allowing you to access the Windows folders from the Finder.
Click on the Windows local disk you want to see and Windows files will be displayed.
This will make the Windows files visible.
Be sure to verify that the virtual machine is closed in the Control Center.
