How to connect from Parallels Desktop VM to local host
Step 1: Launch the Parallels Desktop application
Click the Parallels icon on the Mac menu bar and select "Control Center.
The Parallels Desktop control center appears.
Step 2: Click on the [gear] icon
Installed virtual machines are shown here.
Once activated, the Control Center appears.Click the [gear] icon of the virtual machine for which you want to configure network settings.
Step 3:[NetworkClick [▲].
Click on "Network" at the top of the settings window.

Step 4: Select [SHARED
Select [SHARED].
[Select "shared" to display the "starting address".
In this example, 10.211.55.1 is the ip of the mac.
Step 5: Open in IE on Paralles
If you can access it with 'http://localhost:3000' on mac, you can access it with 'http://10.211.55.1:3000' on windows. If you can access it with '' on a mac, you can access it with '' on windows side.
